Yamaha CX-2 Preamp in excellent cosmetic and fully functional condition. Has a very high quality MM/MC-capable phono input. This preamp sounds great, is very transparent, clean and dynamic. The included VS71360 Remote is fully functional including volume, mute and input. It took me a while to find a model with all the right inputs. PLEASE NOTE: I have SLIGHTLY modified this preamp with two internal jumpers so audio mute goes silent not just -20db down. Let me know if you want it returned back to -20db factory setting and I will either cut (so you can easily solder back together) or completely remove the jumpers before shipping. If you wanted to buy the best Yamaha CX-1 that is the best on the web, this is the one you want. Comes with remote. It is made for the Japan market, so 100v, 50/60 hz. If you bought it, you would probably want a transformer. I also have the Yamaha MX-1 going up for sale soon. Look for it. Cost for shipping is free, so if you want to offer, that is fine, but Im not going much below what I list it for. I will double box this and it will be sent via Ground Advantage to the mainland. If you live in Hawaii, you can pick it up and I will lower the price to reflect no shipping and handling costs, but this is costing me over $125 to ship to the mainland.
