Unit does not power on. When I first picked this up less than a year ago it worked and then suddenly stopped working, no idea what the problem is. Previous owner did a repair job on the power cord.

The unit is in very good condition with no major damage, just some scratches. I believe Ive captured all of them in the pictures. When I received it, the tone controls were problematic, but some contact cleaner fixed that problem. The unit is fully functional. The remote is even in pretty good condition. Its been in daily use for months without issue. Please note that the inputs have a high input sensitivity. The higher the voltage of the input, the less volume travel youll have on the knob. Lovely little amp made in Japan and released by Yamaha in 1988. Has a phono stage thats switchable for both moving magnet and moving coil cartridges, plus five other inputs and a 3-band EQ. I wasnt able to get it to work, so it might be a dud, but maybe youll have better luck.
