Technisch leider defekt, weil auf beiden Decks keine Kassetten abgespielt werden können. Das Gerät wurde nur sehr selten benutzt und vielleicht müssen nur die Riemen erneuert werden. This is a great tape recording/dubbing cassette player from Sony with typical signs of wear, but overall very good condition. It does have some signs of cosmetic wear but nothing that affects its performance.

Sony TC-WE475 Dual Stereo Cassette Deck w/Dolby, Pitch Control + PLEASE READ I was the original purchaser of this Sony, to replace my old Sony dual deck, that had fewer high end features like this one. I never installed it, however, as I decided to simply go digital and download all replacements for my cassette collection. This item sat on a shelf in my house for years until I decided to clean out and sell all of my unused items. I pulled this item from the box to test it and found that almost everything works except that the tape wouldnt move forward or backward. I pulled the cover from the unit and found that the drive belt on each side had effectively melted or decomposed over time. The remnants of the 2 belts are shown in the included pictures. The unit is in otherwise NEW condition, with no scratches, smudges, nicks, or even excessive dust to be found on the unit. The 2 belts, one each for Deck A and Deck B must be replaced, and once that is done, this unit WILL work and look like its brand new.
