Sony TC-WE475 With Dolby + Dubbing Dual Cassette Deck. DOES NOT come with manual, remote or connecting jacks. This is not a stand alone unit. A receiver is needed for playback. This is a really nice unit and one to get excited over. The only issue to point out is a few scratches to the top. We show this in our listing pictures. Importantly this one had no dust, debris or pet hair inside. All common killers to cassette decks. Also super important is the display is bright and solid showing no age at all. Everything tested perfectly and sounds spot on mechanically as well. It has all 4 pads on the bottom so it is level. We are including a Maxell UR90 to get you going. Recording - or dubbing - is a little tricky. YouTube will show you how if you need some help. Search Sony tc-we475 how to record. Thats what we did to test it. We serviced all the buttons, dials and switches with DeoxIT D5 which cleans and seals the connections. We also cleaned the tape head, guides, rollers and reels on each deck. Nice TC-WE475. Tested and works well on deck B, but deck A plays slow. I don’t know if it just needs internal cleaning or belts are stretched for A. Auto reverse/both side play works on both. Also, some scratches in paint along top back edge and two small ones in the front plastic. See photos. Let me know if you have questions.
