Maintenance includes Complete disassembly and greasing of mechanism Newly replaced belts (idler drive belts, etc.) Exterior and interior cleaning The pinch rollers (4 in total) have had their surfaces thinned and their gripping power improved to the same level as new. Head and capstan have been cleaned. The head has been polished very thin with a special agent to improve the sound quality compared to normal cleaning. *All rubber belts of this model will be hydrolyzed after a number of years, so we have replaced them with new ones.
