Repair would be soldering or replacing the one RCA Jack.There were so many Output options to work around that to me it was never a problem.OTHER THAN ABOVE EXPLAINED. Forte Audio. Es handelt sich um die letzte Endwicklungsstufe des 40er Modells überhaupt. Dies ist erkennbar am zusätzlichen XLR-Eingang und einem XLR-Ausgang. Siehe Fotos. Zum Werterhalt des Vorverstärkers sind fast alle Kondensatoren erneuert und durch leistungsfähigere neuzeitliche Varianten (Nichicon Fine Gold) ersetzt worden. Hieraus resultiert eine feinere räumlichere Klangabbildung verbunden mit einer knochentrockenen Tiefbassabbildung. Auch der serienmäßige Nabelschnuranschluß ist geändert. Das Versorgungskabel ist jetzt an beiden Enden abnehmbar. Hierzu hat der Vorverstärker eine zusätzliche Anschlußbuchse für die +/- 19Volt-Gleichspannungsversorgung spendiert bekommen. Dieses Netzteil hat selbstverständlich auch neue Kondensatoren bekommen und ist serienmäßig auf 220Volt eingestellt.

Hello, I am selling my Sony TA-E80ES Stereo Control Amplifier Pre Preamp ES AS-IS Parts or RepairThis is AS-IS Parts or Repair condition. No remote, no manual.It powers on and passes sound. The power button is broke, it pushes in.The volume knob is broke. It keeps spinning around and around and dont stop as it should. The volume is affecting the sound. It cuts in and out both channels. Right channel will play then as you spin the knob the left channel comes on.Then the right channel will go out. It is not clean sound it is distorted sound. The knob does not start and stop were it should. I dont know what all is wrong or what is needed to repair.
