This is a classic Shure V15 Type III cartridge with an original Shure Supertrack Plus stylus in excellent condition in Shure V15 Type III-HE plastic case. This cartridge listed as used, it has up to 5 hours on it, or it could be even unused. Judge yourself by looking into provided pictures.

Ok, so I got took on this and the other Shure Cartridges I have listed, bought them as a mystery lot and what a misery it was, the Shure Display boxes were empty and the other Display box I have,listed was empty as well. I was PISSED OFF, empty boxes, really and I paid dearly. Anyway, that’s the deal on the Shure items I have listed, this is for an “empty” Shure V-15 Type III box and the display box inside. Shure V15 Type IV Turntable Phono Cartridge. GOOD COILS. NEEDS NEW STYLUS

Shure V15 RS phono cartridge without stylus. New in box, purchased by me from Radio Shack in the late 1980s. The cartridge has specs similar to the V15 Type V, but encased in a simpler body and designed for a less expensive stylus with aluminum (rather than boron) cantilever. Assembled in Mexico. TONAR styli are available for this cartridge from dacapoaudio.com in Denmark (see photo). The cartridge has never been removed from its original Shure box, but the stylus was removed to use in another V15 RS installed on my turntable. Box shows some light shelf wear.
