Mounted, tested and aligned on a vintage very early Japanese made Audio Technica Headshell. Multimeter tested at a strong 615/616 ohms per channel where 630 is tops. I have installed a New EVG nude stylus designed to track at 3/4-1.5 grams. Tested for 20 minutes at 1.25 grams and she roars with deep bass and very defined mids and highs. This cartridge was removed from a Realistic Lab 300 which is currently listed on Ebay. The styluss cantilever was bent slightly. All it needs to be fully functional is a new stylus which can be purchased on Ebay for $18 to $28. Although it was made for Realistic , it is a Shure (see picture) M91ED cartridge.

SHURE/REALISTIC RX47T CARTRIDGE, LP GEAR & OEM SHURE STYLUS, HEADSHELL MOUNTED & EXTREMELY NICE! Multimeter tested at 1500/1505 ohms a channel. Tested, mounted and aligned on a new Nagaoka style aluminum headshell with gold lead wires. The RX47T is American made by Shure for Realistic. It shares the same V shaped body as the venerable Era III Shure M95. This will include a Japanese made LP GEAR NDC-EJ 0.3x0.7 tip elliptical stylus that has 10 hours on it. Only played on pristine records on professional turntables. Also, included is the OEM Shure 5x stylus which is a 0.4x7 tip which appears to be almost unused under magnification. The LP GEAR stylus is a big upgrade over the Shure and tracks seamlessly at 1.5 grams. Both styli are sharp, straight and true. A very attractive little American made Shure/ Realisic R1000E (M91ED) cartridge. Headshell mounted, aligned and tested. Multimeter tested at 623/623 ohms per channel. The R1000E is the same generator and body as the venerable Shure M91ED rebadged for Realistic. The red and black color scheme is very cool and displays well. It is mounted on a New black aluminum alloy Japanese Nagaoka style headshell with gold lead wires. The bonus here is a EVG nude 0.2x0.7 diamond elliptical stylus that has 15 minutes on it for testing only. The stylus sounds fantastic and is a coin flip between my OEM Shure M91 ED styli. Designed to track at 3/4-1.5 grams. Tested at 1.25 grams and it sparkles just like my many Shure M91 EDs. A great everyday player or a superb spare! Headshell stand not included. Beautiful powder blue and silver motif with very nice lettering and a sharp silver Realistic logo. A 5.0mV generator putting out a strong multimeter tested 627/628 ohms per channel with outstanding channel separation and great bass, mids and highs. I have installed a NEW EVG NUDE 0.2x0.7 elliptical stylus. Designed to track at 3/4-1.5 grams and it is completely plug and play on a properly balanced tonearm. I have mounted and aligned it on a very nice quality Technics SL-1200 repro headshell. Add it to your cartridge collection or use it as your everyday player.
