Up for auction is a Schiit Audio Jotunheim 2 desktop headphone amplifier and DAC in Black, in excellent condition. This versatile device can function as a headphone amp, preamp, or standalone DAC. It has the True Multibit Unison USB DAC module installed, which utilizes a proprietary USB input and provides up to 24-bit/192kHz resolution playback. The Jotunheim 2 delivers plenty of power with a balanced output rating of 8W into 32 ohms and an unbalanced output rating of 5W into 32 ohms. It has a discrete, fully differential and complimentary balanced signal path. The solid aluminum chassis provides rugged build quality. Included in this auction is the Jotunheim 2 unit, power cable, and box Schiit with packaging materials. The unit has recently been tested by Schitt as I needed to get the power switch replaced. They replaced this and both channel op amps, so this will give you many years of life. I will include the repair sheet from Schiit so you can see what was done and the other checks they performed to ensure it works flawlessly.
