These are starting to get a bit rare and I am sad to see it go, but I upgraded quite a bit and no longer really use this. This is the original Gen 1 Modi Multibit. Still a great and very natural sounding DAC. Includes the DAC, power cord, and original box. The box has seen better days so I will double box it just to make sure it is safe in shpping. Zustand ist absolut einwandfrei. Klang ist hervorragend, manche sagen er ist klanglich besser als sein Nachfolger. Ich habe beide Modelle; der Klang ist sehr ähnlich. Schiit Lyr 3 Multibit Hybrid Tube Headphone Amplifier Silver. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Selling a Schiit Lyr 3 Multibit with stock JJ 6SN7 tube tested in good condition (8/10). Hard to find item with original multibit dac module (USB B), preferred by many over newer MM2 dac. Lyr 3 is also preferred by some for being richer than the more neutral Lyr+. And this unit is in beautiful silver (which Schiit now charges extra for)! This has not gotten much use by me since I purchased it in 2021 and it’s time for me to part ways with it (my Mjolnir 2 has been the center of attention in my setup). There are not a lot of hours on it. Tube life should be very long still. This amp is a must-have for tube lovers who have hard-to-drive planars as this amp can drive them all (with only a few exceptions a la Tungsten). I can provide more pics to interested buyers. Schiit Gungnir (aka Gumby) Multibit Balanced DAC with Unison USB input in brushed silver (US plug 115VAC), purchased new by me from Schiit in 3/2023. This is the latest revision of the Gungnir Multibit before Schiit discontinued the model. Sounds great; no issues at all; its basically brand new. Ships in original packaging with the manual and US power cord. Schiit recently discontinued the Gungnir, so no description is currently available on their website. The DAC has 4 selectable digital inputs (Coaxial RCA SPDIF, BNC SPDIF, Optical SPDIF, Unison USB), one balanced XLR stereo output pair, and two single-ended RCA stereo output pairs. All outputs are active at the same time. Happy to answer any questions. The serial number of this unit indicates that it is from one of the final Gungnir MB lots, which were built without VCXO-based clock regeneration (VCO-only) due to lack of parts availability. I was not aware of this until today and purchased this unit a year ago for a second audio setup in a different room. The main setup featured a MB Gungnir with a B-based serial number, which I sold recently. I did some extensive testing upon the 2nd units arrival and used the two interchangeably for almost a year. I noticed absolutely no differences between the two units with the exception of aesthetics: this units source selector button has a brushed finish, and the original units button was polished to match the Mjolnirs volume knob. They performed identically in my testing. However, if for some reason you absolutely must have VCXO clocking, its best to look elsewhere.

This unit is very lightly used. Hardly at all. Unit is also listed on USAM. This unit comes with the most recent version of the True Multibit DAC card. If you are unaware, Schiit released a new version of this DAC chip in June of 2023.
