Schiit Gungnir Multibit DAC - Unison USB Silver 9/10. If you ever wanted to own a Gumby, now is the time! Schiit is no longer making this wonderful DAC. There are no marks or scratches on the case, it looks as new. I sent this unit to Schiit and had them install the latest Multibit board last year, a $500 upgrade today. I am listening to it right now, via the Unison USB, and it sounds fantastic! I upgraded to the Denafrips Venus II 12th, and I have to say... It has been sitting in its box for far to long, and I cannot see it sitting there like this, she needs a good home. It comes in original packaging from Schiit along with a very nice Pangea AC-14 1.5m power cord, a $50 value. There is no manual, but that is easily found on the internet. They are in great condition, as you can see from the pictures. Im cleaning out my equipment stash and sad to let these go. I just tested them with high-end Sony IEMs and they sound amazing, but I simply have too much gear at this point. The AC adaptor doesnt have Schiit branding, but it was sent by Schiit and was sold on their website when I purchased this unit. They ran out of standard wall warts, so they sent me this multi-output AC adaptor (which is more expensive) instead. It powers both the Modi Multibit and Magni, which saves an outlet. Since it outputs AC, its a simple transformer. All the rectification and power cleanup is done within the DAC and amplifier, hence the great sound. Im also including a gold-plated 1/4 inch to 3.5mm adaptor so that you can use standard 3.5mm headphones and IEMs. The gold-plated grey USB cable matches the look of the Magni and Modi.
