Original Bifrost DAC (made in USA) in excellent condition. Upgraded board with AKM AK4490 DAC chipset, USB input, digital coaxial, and toslink inputs. Transparent, detailed, yet warm. A really great value DAC--Ive had the Bifrost 2 and Multibit and sold them off as they are definitely not better. On most tracks I couldnt hear a difference and at best, the other DACs sounded different with the 4490 being less etched and smoother. Its a rabbit hole of incremental difference (not upgrades!) when spending more on DACs; this is a phenomenal bargain at the price! Selling my Schiit Bifrost Multibit DAC. It started life as a Bifrost 1, but I upgraded it to the Multibit version, and boy was that an improvement.I used it purely in its USB configuration, but it also has an optical input and also a coaxial input, so it is versatile. The unit is in very good condition, and it will be shipped in its factory box. I will also include the original board (see the pictures) for the new owner. There is also a power cord and the users manual included.

This is the original Jotunheim V1, highly coveted for its dac module. This is a balanced headphone amp that provides plenty of power for all kinds of headphones and IEMs. This amp is in very good condition but does have very minimal scratches that are hard to photograph. Time to say goodbye to my Bifrost 2/64, in black. Upgraded my DAC to a Gungnir and this poor Bifrost just doesn't get used anymore. Time for someone else to enjoy it.
