Preamp is in very good condition. Works perfectly fine. The cable cord does have a minor nick towards the center of the cable and at the end where it inserts into the unit. On that part specifically the rubber cover has cracked/broke from itself exposing the wiring underneath. Otherwise the only flaws are minor scratches on the top of the unit.
