Hi,i have for sale a nice vintage Leak Delta record player that is in very good working condition.This was made to a very nice quality and has a good heavy turntbale platted.The base also sits on four suspension springs too.I have gave it a clean and have re oiled the mechanisms.The main rubber drive is still nice and supple and i have cleaned this too.I have also fitted a new stylus.This plays fine and runs nice and smooth.Please note that these are not automatic return turntables.There are some age related marks and scuffs,the clear plastic lid is in very nice condition for its age. Here is one of the finest FM stereo tuners ever made. I know this to be true because I am from Yorkshire and am also VERY OLD and consequently NEVER WRONG. It’s a Leak Delta stereo FM Tuner and it is almost perfect (read on...) This tuner has been in dry storage for over ten years. It hasn’t been re-furbished (you can do that) and it hasn’t had any components/capacitors etc changed. It WORKS very well indeed on VHF FM Stereo. The controls don’t crunch. The switches all switch. It is plays loud-and-clear, and is working well on VHF FM. I have one in my music room that I feed into my treasured Leak Delta 70. BUT... this tuner doesn’t work on medium wave/long wave AM! With a HUGE aerial or a signal booster, you can receive some interference and “shash” so I think it just needs re-aligning on the AM section only. I have owned THREE of these lovely tuners, and NONE have ever worked on medium wave/long wave AM!! I don’t know how much stuff is broadcast on medium wave/long wave AM nowadays, and it’s pretty lo-fi anyway, so it isn’t a problem unless you desperately want to listen to BBC World Service or Radio Caroline. The wooden sleeve/case is all original and shines like a good deed in a naughty world (which is yer actual Shakespeare). There are a few light marks which can be seen on the photographs. A quick going-over with Mr Sheen and it’ll look lovely. IMPORTANT BIT. It is, as far as I can see, totally original and un-mucked-about-with, so if you’re not used to old vintage gear, I recommend that you think long and hard before you buy it. It dates from 1972 (it’s 51 years old, for goodness sakes) so it may eventually need a prod or two from an expert who is used to poking around the insides of these wonderful legendary ancient beasts. At the moment, it is working magnificently (on stereo FM). I am not a dealer. I am just a very old bloke thinning out his lifetime collection of STUFF before the floor collapses (or I do). Im selling most of this stuff for much less than I paid for it. What a great business plan (I dont think)! I am certainly NOT INTERESTED IN PROFIT.. ..and indeed, seldom make any! What little profit I do make goes to help a very splendid Wildlife Rescue Charity. The item in the photograph is the item you will get. It hasn’t been re-furbished (you can do that) and it hasn’t had any components/capacitors etc changed. One the plus side... The controls don’t crunch. The switches all switch. BUT... it produces a DISTORTED OUTPUT FROM BOTH CHANNELS. I have conferred with a man-who-knows (he wears a brown lab-coat and has a row of ballpoint pens in his top pocket.. so he’s obviously an electronics expert) and we reckon that there’s a fault in the power supply around the output stage. This could be a simple blown diode, or a tired capacitor, so you’ll have to sort that out. When you get it working it will sound MAGNIFICENT just like mine. When working, it will accept a CD player or two (via “line”) and a tuner or two, and magnetic cartridges. The wooden sleeve/case is all original and shines like Lily Savage’s Lip Gloss. There are a few light marks which can be seen on the close-up photo. They don’t matter a hill o’ beans. It’s fairly simple circuit with no impossible-to-find components. It is, as far as I can see, totally original and un-mucked-about-with, so if you’re used to old vintage gear, and know which end of a soldering iron to hold, I recommend that you fill your boots. I've been using both of these amps until very recently, one in my living room and the other in my office. These are great amps, however both of them could seriously do with a service so please bear this in mind. The unit with the wooden casing (which is in good condition) has previously had the on/off potentiometer replaced with a standard one (no switch) so needs to be switched on and off at the wall. It as also had some caps replaced inside but developed problems recently so I upgraded to a newer amp. The other unit seems to be all original internally and there looks to be some bulging capacitors needing replaced and some damaged resistors connected to the headphones socket. This would make a great restoration project for someone. Very heavy hence postage costs, but will be well packed and promptly dispatched.

2 power amp and 4 preamp boards for spares/repairs. I believe these were lofted from Syereo 30 Plus and Delta 30 integrated amps. Untested.

This is in working condition but does have a noisy volume pot when adjusting a bit so would need that sorting out and not sure if every input works well as I think they need cleaning but I’ve played it for hours and it sounds well and is clean inside so good for a small project to get a nice sounding good mock vintage amplifier.
