We have up for sale a very clean Emotiva XPA-4 Gen 3 four channel solid state amplifier. It tested fine on our Sound Technology test bench and also played music without problems for 4+ hours without any signs of problems. As we usually do we also tested it cold the next day and all was still fine! We will provide a power cord that works but may not be the original. When all four channels are driven it puts out 260 watts RMS into 8 ohms and sounds great when playing music. We promise it will get to you working properly and exactly as described. No long term guarantee but if you treat it properly it should last a very long time! If shipped we will use the original factory carton which includes custom cut pieces of foam packing material. We take our packing seriously and nothing ever arrives damaged in shipping from us. Local pick up is available by appointment in Berkeley or Petaluma California . Amp needs service or you can use it for parts. Channel 1 and 3 are working but Channel 2 keeps going into protection mode after the amp being on for about 30 minutes and then the amp shuts down. I called Emotiva and they believe it’s a capacitor that needs to be replaced. It will cost about $250.00 plus shipping to have it serviced and shipped back to you. The amp is a beast if youre familiar with Emotiva amps. It’s an awesome sounding amp and it comes from a smoke and pet free environment. Will ship in the original box and packaging.
