I require insurance on all packages so we are all covered, so it is included in the shipping charge. I generally ship USPS priority mail or UPS Ground unless you want to pay for overnight. If payment is not received in 3 days, item will be relisted. Anything selling for over $100 will require a signature on delivery. Sorry, no exceptions. Just because USPS or UPS says they delivered it, doesnt mean they delivered it to you or to your address, or doesnt mean someone didnt steal it. If you arent home, they will leave you a notice and you can pick it up at their place of business. This way everyone is covered. All packages are shipped with tracking available to the point of delivery. If your requests come after I print the label, and it adds more weight or size to the package, I have to void the label and repack and it will cost more to ship. The quote you get from ebay shipping is for the dimensions I put in when I listed the item. If you change those dimensions, you will be charged more for shipping. I have lost more money than I want to think about trying to please people that wait and then ask for other things after I have printed my label.
