Refurbished with new tray belt. Laser was cleaned and then unit was tested to make sure there were no skipping issues. Played a variety of CDs including some CDRs with no problems. Output filtering circuit uses vacuum tubes for a warm rich sound. Tubes are run at relatively low voltage, so they dont need to be changed very often. Unit is super clean and appears to have been lightly used. Cosmetics are excellent, with no noticeable marks or wear. Includes original remote, which also was tested. The deck was serviced by a technician. He replaced some capacitors but unfortunately the laser is bad on it. It played a cd shortly and started to skip and quit reading cds. I managed to take a picture for the listing when it was playing. The mechanism works fine, 2 belts replaced. The display is fine( some dust). Cosmetically in very acceptable condition with scratches as pictured. If youd find a laser pickup from a Carver DTL (100, 200 etc) or Yamaha CD-X2 youd have a nice vintage player.
