This Linn Majik DS is an audiophile level digital media streamer with the internal Linn Dynamik power supply. It was purchased new by me (as a store demo) from an authorized Linn retailer. As you would expect from Linn Products, the Majik DS has an outstanding detailed sound, generally better than any CD player or other DAC set-up that I have used. I have used it to stream high definition FLAC music files from a Network Attached Storage device and music from the “Qobuz” streaming service, working flawlessly for all the years I have owned it. It is a pleasure to invite friends to name a favorite “album”, then cue it up in Qobuz using the Linn app on my smart phone, thus serving it to the Majik DS in “high-definition” audio. Please note: 1) This is the Majik DS, it is a component “network player” that plugs into the RCA inputs of a pre-amp, an integrated amp or a receiver. It plays digital files stored on your network, or from a streaming services such as Qobuz, Tidal, etc.. It is NOT the Majik DSM model, which is both a network player and an amplifier. Nor does my Majik DS have an HDMI input. 2) It does not have WiFi, digital input is via an Ethernet connector on the back of the unit. Typically, an Ethernet cable is used to connect this unit to a router or internet switch. 3) Some basic computer skills are required to set up the unit in your home network, as well as downloading Linn software to control the unit from your smart-phone, tablet, laptop, etc. Ships in original good condition factory box and packing materials and includes power cord, remote control (never used), and Ethernet cable.

Up for Auction is a pair of 8 foot long (from spade to spade) MH-770 Bi-Wire CVTerminator SpeakerBi-wire version of 770 Twin in a Warm Grey cable color, plus Coupler Grey. These were pulled working perfectly from a 400 watt per channel Monoblock system.They are in very gently used condition. They rested on cable trestles throughout their lifetime. They weigh around 10lbs a piece (measured unscientifically by me). This is such an audiophile item that I dont think I need to lay out all of the amazing specs. Up for auction is a pair of Harmonic Tech Pro-Silway II XLR cables. They are 16 feet long measured from the edge of each connector. Its 15 10 of cable to the start of each connector. These cables were pulled from a high end system and were tested as working 100%. I have borrowed this description from the Reference AudioVideo website. The conduction wire is a bi-metal hybrid, consisting of four filaments to optimize both bass and treble frequencies. Half of the filaments are designed for the midrange/treble signal and consist of two isolated strands of pure silver, cast to a purity level of 7N (99.99997%) and of course, is made with Single Crystal TM (OCC) technology. The remaining two filaments consist of Single Crystal copper and optimize the bass range, adding a fuller tone quality. The braided outer shield is pure silver plated on copper and was designed to isolate the delicate signal from RFI noise fields. A second defense noise barrier is provided in the form of an aluminum-coated Mylar shield situated closer to the conductors to ensure a very high signal-to-noise ratio. This Twin-Shield design will give you the ultimate in clarity and 3-D imaging with a velvety-black background silence due to elimination of electromagnetic interference, whether generated by RFI (radio frequency interference), digital noise, or A.C. generated hum. All insulation consists of either Teflon tape or air-foamed PE (polyethylene using the air bubbles as the main dielectric).
