This Emotiva PT1 preamplifier is about 2 years old, and still part of their current product line. It is in excellent working and cosmetic condition, from a smoke free home. I used it as a DAC for my 2nd stereo system. It has very good sound, especially at 24-192, and supports all standard sample rates lower than that. When the Emotiva XDA-3 DAC came out last year I got one for my main system, and liked it so well that I got another one to replace the PT1. Its a little better, but the PT1 is very good, less pricey, and has more features.
