I purchased this from an authorized dealer on eBay ( Soundscapeaudiovideo )and he told me it was New old Stock, but the threads for the head shell were stripped, and the seller was a D&c% about it so I just sent it in directly to Dynavector to have it serviced. Below is the email I received after they serviced it. Your cartridge ships back to you via UPSI re-tapped the head block mounting hole threads. They were definitely damaged. I also included new, correct mounting hardware and allen wrench. Cleaned and inspected the stylus- it looks good, now. I checked impedance of each channels coil and they measure correctly, no shorts, etc. I also included warranty card and manual.It should play fine, now. So, this is what you are getting. It sounds absolutely brilliant, as you would expect from a $4,500 machine. Has digital as well as a phono input. The phono section is absolutely worth the price of admission by the way. I dont think you will find a better sounding amp for this price. It is in great condition with a few minor blemishes. See pictures.
