I am offering a pair of the Classic, Closed Back Audiophile, Sennheiser HD 222 Headphones, from the Mid 1980s.These will shine with a Good, powerful Desktop Amp, as they require a good Voltage swing and generous Current capability. Given what they need, these will impress with a nicely Full and extended Bass, a Rich, Expressive Midrange, and an overall Soft but detailed Treble Range. Still impressive by modern standards and many will find it preferable to Modern Closed-Backs, with an Overtly detailed and Sharp sound Signature. In Excellent Cosmetic condition overall and Technically perfect. Please read Detailed description. Notice: To my knowledge, Sennheiser no longer carry replacement parts for this Model. But by using its Original Plastic Mounting Rings, they will allow for Ear Pad rolling once the Original Pads become unusable. See last Photo illustrating this.
