The drivers were taken out of my Hammer Dynamics Super 12 cabinets and include USA-made Emminance-manufacturered 12 extended range drivers that go from 40 Hz to 10K Hz along with super tweeters/crossovers for 10,000 Hz and up. They are 97 dB efficient and can work with even 5W tube amps. The open baffles were made with plywood covered in Parts Express Rhino-type-lining. They have a super-fast transient response but sound best with a good subwoofer for the lower octaves. There are over $700 in parts alone in these. They can be auditioned with my equipment or yours.

The transport in this deck is the venerable Sony KSS-210A unit. This is a world renowned transport and highly regarded for its stability and reliability. In terms of audio performance, it is a very dynamic and weighty sounding player with loads of inner detail and terrific imaging. This unit would sit quite happily in a high end revealing rig.
