Bench tested by me; and I spent 3 years at the Electrical Workers Union local #1 in StL County right out of high school, building public address systems. I can't build these from scratch, but I sure get them operating to spec! This amp sounds spectacular for the money. IMO, Yamaha made much better stuff in the late 70’s thru late very early 90’s. Big caps, easy to replace parts on the PCB’s. As the 1990’s progressed, they started building them to where you couldn’t really work on them easily. This has low hours, you can tell because there aren’t any scorches on the PCB’s, or cold solder joints that got fixed. It really looks clean underneath the chassis top. These really hold their value.
