Dort war nach dem Ausfall ein Transistor sehr heiß geworden. Habe von jedem Transistor jeweils ein neu beschafftes Stück zum Austausch beigefügt. Packung mit Lieferschein liegt im Verstärker. Der Austausch der Transistoren sollte mit Fachwissen und entsprechender Ausstattung durchgeführt werden. Die Story: Den Yamaha PC-2602M habe ich im Jahre 2001 von einem befreundeten Musiker erworben. Seitdem habe ich den Verstärker wenig, max.100 Stunden, im privaten Bereich eingesetzt und sonst eingelagert. Die zwei NE5532P (IC 311/IC 301) sind vor 3 Jahre durchgebrannt. Habe die Vorverstärker überbrückt und eine Zeit lang weiter betrieben. Die Endstufen haben eine beeindruckende slew-rate und glasklaren Sound auch bei hohen Pegeln. Jetzt sind zwei neue NE5532P (IC 311/IC 301) auf neue IC Sockel drin. Die IC können somit jederzeit leicht ohne Entlöten ausgetauscht werden. Vor Weihnachten habe ich erfolgreich den ersten NE5532P (IC 311/IC 301) des rechten Kanals ausgetauscht. Alles war OK, Vorverstärker und Endstufe liefen tadellos. Der Defekt an diesem rechten Endstufen-Kanal ist eingetreten, nachdem ich den zweiten NE5532P (IC 311/IC 301) des linken Kanals auf den IC-Sockel umgebaut habe. Vermutlich sind mir beim Entlöten des zweiten NE5532P (IC 311/IC 301) der linken Kanals kleine Lötzinn Reste in die Spannungsverstärkung des rechten Kanals reingefallen, anderswie kann ich mir den Ausfall nicht erklären, denn es hat erstmal alles funktioniert. Habe mit Druckluft alles gereinigt. Beide Vorstufen NE5532P (IC 311/IC 301) und die linke Endstufe funktionieren, die rechte Endstufe zeigt vor dem Ausgangsrelais ein Spannung ca. 85V. This Pre-amp was purchased by me, new 12/24/86 and has been in my system since then used at least weekly. The only blemish is the on/off switch that has been repaired and used as is for over 25 years.
