Yamaha C-2 Preamplifier Control Amplifier, fully working and serviced. This is a famous Yamaha preamplifier released in the late 1970s, the golden age of audio. It dominated the market with its smart design, simple configuration, and, above all, high performance and good sound quality. Later, this style was inherited and the model was changed, succeeded by the second generation C-2a and the third generation C-2X. Please refer to the following URL for details of the specifications. This unit was obtained used, repaired, maintained and adjusted, and its operation was confirmed by conducting an actual operation test and listening. There are no major scratches or stains that stand out on the exterior, but there are some minor scratches that are consistent with its age, and it is a vintage machine that is 40 years old. Hi. I repaired these units about 2 years ago and have been using them ever since in my man cave. I am down sizing from 3800 watts to 2000 so these are now available. They are in excellent cosmetic condition and work perfectly. There sound is amazing. Yamaha makes great professional equipment. I used these in bridged mono. When you buy please let me know if you are going to use them in mono or stereo and I will set them up accordingly. These will provide years of enjoyment. Can’t say anything negative about them.
