This is an excellent set of B&W speakers. Aesthetically in like new condition. Grills are in excellent near perfect condition. Cabinets are free of scratches, dents, and dings. They have isolation spikes that are good for a carpet placement. Superficially incorporating the same drive units as the bookshelf Bowers & Wilkins DM601 S3, the bass / midrange in fact uses a larger magnet. Together with the larger cabinet volume, this gives a more extended bass response with a different free-field alignment, more suited to the floorstanding format.
