This S/300 is a later design that featured Optical Bias (which increases its desirability) which was a sonic improvement over the earlier models that didn’t have it. Technology was state of the art back then but the amp easily rivals anything out there in the sub-$5,000 category. Power output is a robust 150W per channel and the built and finish is second to none. Threshold gears are very rugged and almost meant to last forever .
