Powers on, but otherwise untested, selling as you see it , but shown powered on in at least two photos so that you can see the red LED light is lit up. I used my own AC cord to power this on.. Please note that there will be no AC cord included. I have not tested further. I do not have internal photos, and I am not going to take this apart. You are buying this as is, and it might even work partially or even fully I have no idea. I truly never had a preempt to test this with- but as you can see the red LED does come on so technically it is not DOA.
