Ich biete hier Technics Sl-10 Plattenspieler an ohne Netzstecker/ Kabel. Laut Google ist das aber ein ganz normaler standart Netzstecker/Kabel. Kosten dafr um die 3 . Da wir im ganzen Haus so ein Kabel/Netzstecker nicht haben konnte ich den Plattenspieler nicht testen. Deshalb wird der Plattenspieler als Defekt angeboten. Ich wei noch das meine Eltern den Plattenspieler vor Jahren zu Weihnachten immer noch benutzt haben und da funktionierte der tadellos. Aber wie gesagt,das ist schon einige Jahre her. For sale is a beautiful used Technics SL-10 Linear Tracking Turntable that is in great shape. I have owned it for about 10 years. It includes Technics 310MC moving coil cartridge that I had professionally retipped 2-3 years ago. The cartridge now has a titanium cantilever and a .2x.7 nude elliptical stylus. The stylus has approximately 15 hours of use (I didnt use it much). It sounds great. The cue drops and raises the arm well and its well dampened (doesnt drop the needle hard on the record), the speed is accurate, repeat works, forward and reverse tracking work in both slow and fast speeds. Red strobe light works. Cue light works. The under platter red LED lights illuminate. Cosmetically the turntable is in really great shape with a couple nicks here and there and very small very light scratches. You have to get close up to notice. The acrylic dustcover is clear. No deep scratches, hazing or gouges. Just has very light swirls. The turntable also has its original feet (with the chrome trim) and springs. Comes with power cord and also includes original RCA/ground wire. Approximately in 2017 I had the turntable looked over by a turntable specialist and the gears were relubed and the little O ring belt replaced. I do not have its original box but it will be packed up very well with lots of padding and lots of care!! This is a great example of a classic Technics SL-10 with its moving coil cartridge. TECHNICS SL-10 TURNTABLE - LOVELY CONDITION LOVELY VINTAGE PIECE OF KIT - SADLY NOT GETTING USED AT ALL NOW. IVE OWNED THIS FOR ABOUT 40 YEARS AND HARDLY EVER USE IT ANY MORE. HENCE RELUCTANT SALE OF AN OLD FRIEND. The cartridge is about 4-5 years old and has played maybe 50 albums at most. There are no significant marks on the unit or the lid and I have done the best I can to provide an accurate description, together with the photos. (The tiny marks look worse on the photos than they do to the human eye.) There are five very light scratches on the lid that will not photograph and are only visible by twisting the turntable to catch the light. By doing this one can see maybe two or at most three of these light scratches at any one time - and in good light as well. The turntable works fine but depending on your requirements would maybe benefit from a service and probably a cartridge upgrade. The repeat and cueing functions work fine but the covers became loose a few years ago and I never got round to gluing them back on. I have them - but I cant lay my hands on them just right now... The turntable is near Ilkley, West Yorks and ideally is for collection only. Can be seen playing as well of course. Please contact me in whichever way suits you and I will answer any questions. I could be persuaded to courier it, please ask, although Id be very reluctant to, and although it would have to be insured, it would be totally at your own risk. This is because the output from the cartridge is at an extremely low signal level compared to other interconnect cables; • Moving Magnet 5mV or 0.005V - one four hundredth of the size of line level • Moving Coil typically 0.2mV or 0.0002V a ten thousandth of the size of line level • A Line level signal e.g. CD to Preamp - 2Volts· • A balanced cable with XLR’s - 4Volts· In this circumstance SHIELDING, and quality of the conductor and dielectric are the most important design parameters. And for MM cartridge step CAPACITANCE must be as close to 75pF as possible. Single core coaxial cable offers the lowest capacitance and in this case 2 layers of shielding, with silver plated high purity copper conductor and braid Mylar / aluminium foil shield with polyethylene dielectric. (Most importantly the dielectric mustn’t contain PVC). This is quite a significant step up over the manufacturers supplied cable, which will have lower quality copper with no silver plating, and they usually use PVC dielectric. Studio Cable– typically used at this price e.g. Van Damme, Mogami, Sommer etc) has1. higher capacitance due additional conductors designed for use in equipment, balanced at both ends and connected with 3 pin XLR plugs to be run at 4V.2. usually has NO FOIL SHIELD, making it susceptible to high frequency interference when used in an unbalanced RCA cable for cartridges at tiny voltages3. typically uses PVC in the dielectric material, sometime combined with neoprene. Studio cable is designed for 4V balanced XLR connections certainly not tonearm cable. Burn In As the signal from the cartridge is so small it will take years to burn in a tonearm cable so instead, I am sending a line level signal at 3V from my Chord Qutest DAC through the cable to my pre-amp. This will burn in cable 10000x faster than a moving coil cartridge! I have found that 24 hours of this does the trick. I am using the Tara Labs Cascade Burn in file – from their website…“The new CASCADE noise burn-in disc is a proprietary combination of white noise with frequency tone bursts and pink noise mixed at different levels. However, what makes it effective is a series of descending and ascending (cascading) multi-octave square sweeps for better and more complete results than any other “burn-in” discs that have been made to date. Background to design For a turntable to phonostage a COAXIAL cable is best with a SINGLE core and DOUBLE screening, with both a foil and braid. This is because the output from the cartridge is at an extremely low signal level compared to other interconnect cables; • Moving Magnet 5mV or 0.005V - one four hundredth of the size of line level • Moving Coil typically 0.2mV or 0.0002V a ten thousandth of the size of line level • A Line level signal e.g. CD to Preamp - 2Volts· • A balanced cable with XLR’s - 4Volts· In this circumstance SHIELDING, and quality of the conductor and dielectric are the most important design parameters. And for MM cartridge step CAPACITANCE must be as close to 75pF as possible. Single core coaxial cable offers the lowest capacitance and in this case 2 layers of shielding, with silver plated high purity copper conductor and braid Mylar / aluminium foil shield with polyethylene dielectric. (Most importantly the dielectric mustn’t contain PVC). This is quite a significant step up over the manufacturers supplied cable, which will have lower quality copper with no silver plating, and they usually use PVC dielectric. Studio Cable– typically used at this price e.g. Van Damme, Mogami, Sommer etc) has1. higher capacitance due additional conductors designed for use in equipment, balanced at both ends and connected with 3 pin XLR plugs to be run at 4V.2. usually has NO FOIL SHIELD, making it susceptible to high frequency interference when used in an unbalanced RCA cable for cartridges at tiny voltages3. typically uses PVC in the dielectric material, sometime combined with neoprene. Studio cable is designed for 4V balanced XLR connections certainly not tonearm cable. Burn In As the signal from the cartridge is so small it will take years to burn in a tonearm cable so instead, I am sending a line level signal at 3V from my Chord Qutest DAC through the cable to my pre-amp. This will burn in cable 10000x faster than a moving coil cartridge! I have found that 24 hours of this does the trick.
