Technics SL-10 Linear Tracking Turntable acquired from the family of the original owner. Although this turntable works and sounds fantastic it has a few issues. All switches and controls perform their intended function, sometimes the repeat button has to be pressed more than once since it hasnt been used in years. Flaws are: The peg on the right side attached to the right open close button is missing. I believe its replaceable since the missing peg is held in by two screws. One of the plastic feet on the bottom of the base is missing. There are some scratches and scuffs on the base, there are some hairline scratches on the transparent cover. As previously stated, this turntable works and sounds great. Cuing, backwards/forwards (start & stop buttons), repeat, inside illumination, etc. all work. For sale is a beautiful used Technics SL-10 Linear Tracking Turntable that is in great shape. I have owned it for about 7 years. Didnt really use it much. It includes an Audio Technica Series III cartridge with an LP Gear carbon fiber elliptical stylus. The stylus has approximately 25-30 hours of use and it sounds great. The cue drops and raises the arm well and its well dampened (doesnt drop the needle hard on the record), the speed is accurate, repeat works, forward and reverse tracking work in both slow and fast speeds. Red strobe light works. Cue light works. The under platter red LED lights illuminate. The 45 adapter pops up and locks down. Cosmetically the turntable is in really nice shape and its very clean. It has some little nicks here and there and very small very light scratches. You have to get close up to notice. The acrylic dustcover is clear. No deep scratches, hazing or gouges. Just has very light swirls. For being about 40 years old the turnable looks really nice. The turntable also has its original feet (with the chrome trim) and springs. Comes with power cord and also a custom ground wire and a pair of 1 meter Audioquest Sydney RCA cables. The little O ring belt was replaced. I do not have its original box but it will be packed up very well with lots of padding and lots of care!!
