This Technics SL-10 Quartz Direct Drive automatic turntable is a top-of-the-line vintage linear tracking record player that has a sleek design (aluminum diecast upper and lower) and was manufactured in Japan, with an operating voltage of 100V. This was purchased by myself in Japan about 4 years ago and was professionally restored (belts, cleaning, lubricating) by a stereo store service department. The turntable has a built-in Moving Coil preamplifier so it can accept both MC & MM cartridges. Does not include a cartridge/stylus. It will accept any P-mount style cartridge. It comes with its original box. It will operate on 120-volt USA power but a small travel type step-down transformer (120 to 100V) is recommended. I do have a USA 120-volt transformer that I can include for someone who would like to replace the existing internal one. It is an original Technics part in excellent used condition. The turntable is in spectacular cosmetic condition for its age (40+ years old) and clear top window is just about flawless with no scratches that I can see. Included are the rare sensor light blocking original 12” and 7” discs for playing certain unusual records like 12” transparent records which would fool the turntable record auto size led selection system. Barely used and just downsizing in my retirement. This has been in inside home closet storage.Sold as-is and no warranty is expressed or implied. No returns or refunds.
