Cosmetically in great shape with the original leather case showing alot of wear but still functions well holding the player. I tested the player and recorded my voice about three times, The counter still works, the vu meter still works and FF and RR still functions but sometimes they are a little erratic. My voice sounded great as far as the recording playback went. Battery compartment was corrosion free and the batteries are included.
