The unit powers on and we can see red lights on the display but we are unable to get any sound out of the unit. We have to manually open the disc tray on the unit and when playing you can hear and see the disc spinning but no sound is produced. We are not the original owners of the unit and we do not know the history. We are not accepting returns on this purchase.
