I tested the receiver and found the volume to be very low with static when turning the dial (see video). I could hear music on both channels. The pots should be cleaned with Deoxit electrical cleaning fluid and may improve the sound quality. The power meters move slightly and the left channel lamp is burnt out and will require replacement. There may be other lamps out but I did not notice any others. The wood cabinet does have some scratches and marks. The metal ventilation grille is not original and has been replaced.
