I have the Realistic DX-302 Quartz Synthesized Ham Radio Shortwave Receiver. Please see the video of this receiver below. It does receive on all bands and all knobs and switches work fine. It has been stored for some time and was in just fair physical condition. The battery compartment looks great as shown in the photos. UNIT IS LOCKED UP IN THE 7 MHZ BAND FOR SOME REASON. THE VFO WILL CHANGE THE FREQUENCY IN THE BAND ONLY. NO OTHER BANDS WILL COME UP, WHEN ACTIVATED. THIS RADIO IS VERY CLEAN ON THE INSIDE, BOTH TOP AND BOTTOM VIEW. METER LIGHTS UP AND ALL SWITCHES TURN FREELY. THERE IS NO SLOP IN ANY OF THE SWITCHES AND THE RADIO HAS GOOD AIR NOISE. THE CABINET HAS A FEW SCRATCHES, BUT NOT MANY AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES. GOOD LOUD SPEAKER WITH NO RATTLES, BATTERY COMPARTMENT IS CLEAN AS A PIN AND EVEN HAS THE TWO WHITE BATTERY TUBES. SINCE IT DOES NOT WORK, UNIT WILL BE SOLD AS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. INSIDE IT LOOKS LIKE IT CAME FROM THE FACTORY OTHER THAN IT DOESNT WORK. LOOKS LIKE THE ONLY THING THAT WAS DONE IS SOMEBODY PUT A LIGHT BULB IN THE METER. LEDS ON THE BAND SWITCH ALSO WORK AND THE FREQUENCY COUNTER IN THE VFO WORKS ALSO. Shelf 8

Back of battery compartment is missing. Aluminum stem of volume button broke off, it was repaired. Preselector tune roll snags and buckles-can be seen in pictures, but it does roll both directions.
