It is solid, heavy, and very understately striking to look at. It blends seamlessly into your network and environment and provides access to all your local digital music, and Titdal and Qobuz streaming services in one clean user interface. Its also available at a small fraction of its original retal price. This is the bad-ass version of the Roon Nucleus, and one thats hard to find. The new versions of this Roon Nucleus are either made from plastic, or cost close to $4000 and have almost identical hardware with a flashy exterior that serves little to no purpose. Der Nucleus ist etwa vier Jahre alt, das Gehäuse ist einwandfrei und hat keine Kratzer auf der Oberseite, nur sehr minimale auf der Unterseite, nicht zu sehen wenn das Gerät auf seinen Standfüßen steht. Der Defekt ist wahrscheinlich auf der Hauptplatine.Auf der Hauptplatine sind noch ein 8GB Ram-Stick und eine 128 GB Systemfestplatte, ob die beiden Teile funktionieren kann ich nicht sagen. Das Gerät funktioniert nicht, doch wahrscheinlich kann es mit dem Austauschen der Platine repariert werden, die Bezeichnung der Platine ist NUC717DNB. Es ist kein Netzteil oder sonstiges Zubehör dabei.

I had an iFi steamer in our dedicated room with a Blusound Amplifier in our upstairs great room that the Nucleus would stream to through a high speed LAN.
