They look superb to me.These were mine. BARELY used less than 20hours.I had a black pair a couple years ago that I used a lot, then I sold them and then later purchased the white ones (these white ones were mainly to be part of a large test that never happened.)However these have gotten almost no use as I have more than a dozed pairs of various speakers and have had very little time these days to listen.Sad but true, so I have been selling some of my things. I think just about anyone would be very happy with these if you want a neutral sound/non aggressive high fidelity sound.Just great speakers for most folks. They are full sounding and have pretty good bass but if you are a bass head add a subwoofer. Also if you want room shaking home theater or have a big space plan to use subs and an 80hrz high-pass to protect the single 6.5 drivers from those crazy 100db spl movie war zone peaks. All in all one of the best $1000 monitor sized speakers around and these are close to new in every way.
