Rega Apollo 35-th Special Edition (SE) wurde zum 35-jährigen Firmenjubiläum (1973) im Jahr 2008 in England hergestellt.Es wurden nur 500 Stück gebaut! und weltweit in kleinem Mengen verteilt. Nach meinen Informationen wurden in Europa nur 100 Stück ausgeliefert (in Malaysia und Australien jeweils nur 1 Stück?)Dieses Exemplar hat die Serien Nummer A35-277. Also Nr. 277 von 500.Diese Exemplar wurde vom Erstbesitzer in Mitte 2009 in Deutschland vom damaligen deutschen Vertrieb TAD neu gekauft.Ich bin der Zweitbesitzer seit Mitte 2011. Ich habe die Rechnungen nicht mehr. Der Neupreis UVP lag bei ca. 1400-1500€ o.G. Mitte 2013 wurden neue Chinch-Buchsen von Neutrik eingebaut und Haarrisse in der Cinch-Platine beseitigt. Die Reparatur wurde von den Hifi-Profis in Frankfurt durchgeführt. Ein Beleg (155€) liegt bei. Seitdem traten keine Störungen auf. Der CD Player wurde gelegentlich in einer Zweitanlage betrieben. Der Player spielt Cd, CDRW,Mp3,WMA ab. In letzten 3 Jahren wurde der Player nicht mehr benutzt aber immer Trocken und in Raumpemperatur gelagert. Es waren keine Kinder oder unqualifizierte Hände dran. Der technische Zustand ist perfekt der optische Zustand ist auch perfekt. Siehe Bilder. Der Apollo 35-th ist mit dem normalen Apollo nicht vergleichbar. Das Gehäuse ,Decke und Seiten, sind aus einem Stück Aluminium in Strangguss gegossen. Absolut resistent gegen Vibrationen. Sowas ist heute kaum bezahlbar. Diverse Teile stammen vom Topmodell Saturn. Der Apollo 35-th ist schöner als der Saturn und fast genauso gut wie der Saturn. Beide lagen in der Einstufung von Stereo HBarske bei ca. 80% des Erreichbaren.Außen: Front ist komplett aus CNC Aluminium mit aufwendig hergestellten Diplayrahmen, Tasten und Füßen. Innen: diverse hochwertige Bauteile aus dem Saturn vor und nach DAC (Clock, Kondensatoren,etc.) DAC ist WM8740 von schottischen Firma Wolfson. Anmerkung: 2020 brannte das Werk des Chipherstelleres AKM nieder. Die Verfügbarkeit wichtiger DAC Bauteile war stark eingeschränkt. Rega hat aber einen ausreichenden Vorrat an Wolfson-chips gehabt. Aber nur für ein Modell: Saturn. MK3 für 2500€. Der Apollo musste sterben. Ich verkaufe diesen ultra seltenen excellenten Player nur deswegen, weil ich Ihn nirgendwo vernünftig hin stellen kann. Es ist ein Toplader, der idealerweise ganz oben im Rack o.der auf Sideboard stehen sollte. Die Top-Lade (nachempfunden nach Raumschiff Enterprise) wird manuell betätigt: funktioniert einwandfrei, die Lade bewegt sich straff, ohne Spiel und hat eine neuwertige Schließdämpfung. Klappt nicht schlagartig, sondern geht nach loslassen langsam zu. Nach CD Einlegen, 3 Stahlkugeln Einrastung wird jede einzelne CD neu Initialisiert. Das bedeutet der Laser des Sanyo-Laufwerks wird justiert auf die Bedürfnisse der eingelegten CD und Daten in 32 bit in einem 20MB Memory Puffer eingelesen und korrigiert. Class A Ausgang. Es kommt nur Perfektes raus. Die 10 Sekunden Wartezeit lohnt sich. Selling my Rega P3 turntable. I have literally used it less than 50 hours. Bought it new from a Rega dealer and they also profesionally installed and aligned the cartridge. Cartridge was also purchased from them brand new. The cartridge is a Dynavector 20x2H. It is the high output moving coil version so it doesnt need a step up transformer or a head amp. Awesome cartridge. I have the original boxes and packaging for both the turntable and cartridge. Everything that came with the turntable is included. Paperwork, power supply, all foam inserts, etc. The dustcover has a few scuffs and I will buff them out before shipping. Nothing major and no cracks. I really havent used it that often. Please ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing. Fedex ground fully insured for the selling price. And Ill add some extra foam and packing materials where necessary. Plug and play! I have used these R3 speakers with the Yamaha C2a preamp, Adcom GFP-565 preamp, Belles OCM-200 amp, Odyssey custom Khartago amp, and also with Quicksilver Mid-monos. With these amplifiers they absolutely sang. Treble is sweet and crisp, Midrange is detailed and engaging, Bass is tight, deep and rhythmic.
