Die Rega Queen Edition ist auf weltweit 2.000 Stück limitiert; der für Deutschland und Österreich tätige TAD Audiovertrieb konnte sich 200 davon sichern. Das ausgesprochen hübsche Plattenlaufwerk mit hochglanzlackierter Zarge und dem unverkennbaren Queen-Logo basiert auf der bewährten RP1 Edition mit dem (immer noch in Handarbeit hergestellten) Rega RB101-Tonarm und dem MM-Tonabnehmersystem Rega Carbon. Man ist also klanglich auf der sicheren Seite. Und man muss kein Analog-Freak sein, um den hübschen Plattendreher genießen zu können: Die Queen Edition versteht sich als Komplettpaket mit bereits exakt vorjustiertem Tonabnehmer. Das heißt: Einfach nur auspacken, anschalten, Queen hören! Der Versand ist möglich und erfolgt gegebenenfalls in der originalen Verpackung. Gute Nachrichten für Queen-Fans: Die Band bringt nochmal ihr lang Zeit ausverkauftes Vinyl-Set auf den Markt. Die Box kam das erste Mal 2015 heraus und wurde einige Male neu produziert, war aber immer wieder sofort vergriffen. Die „Complete Studio Album“-Sammlung auf farbigem Vinyl umfasst auf 18 LPs alle 15 Studioalben (inklusive „Made In Heaven“) als Remaster. Only 2000 of these turntables were manufactured at the Rega facility with 200 heading to the US market. Still in amazing condition - barely used - tremendous sound. Youll hardly ever see these now for sale and a great collectors turntable, which looks great and sounds as good as any. Stylus has had use but not extensive, but a new stylus would be better are are cheap to buy so its well worth replacing to he honest for peace of mind, but Ill let you be the judge. These have really escalated in value so cant see that trend changing, a good investment. Priced at 600. Japanese imports are dearer but import taxes on top of this to consider. But I may accept sensible offers.
