The cartridge has low hours as I don't play vinyl very often and it is now a backup cartridge. It performed better than expected. I thought the Ania Pro was great sounding. This upgrade found even more details in my records. It's very exciting to hear something you never realized was there. The units I've purchased and used from this seller has been top-notch. This radical asymmetrical diamond is the very finest phonograph diamond made today, with the longest scanning edge available, the lowest distortion, best tracking and also gentle on your records. The Fritz Gyger FG S is the same diamond as the van den Hul 1, both of which are produced under a shared patent.If you know the revolutionary Rega moving coil cartridges, you know how good the tiewire-less sound is. Purchased new in June of 2023. Cartridge was in use for 5 months, with an average listening time of about 30 hours, with an estimate of 150 hours. This Rega Ania is in excellent condition with lots of good life left. I moved up the Rega chain so this turned into a second backup cartridge, hence the sale.

Approximately 100 hours on this cartridge. One day looked down, and the cantilever was bent. Not sure how that happened. This is good for either rebuild, or a trade-in.

Up for bid is a fantastic Rega Aria MC/MM Phono stage - Phono Preamplifier. This is a fantastic product that competes with phonostages in the $5,000.00 range. I used this preamp with my Rega P9 turntable and Rega Apheta2 MC cartridge, but the Aria is equally splendid with all major ‘tables and cartridges. Good condition used Rega turntable with nice MC cartridge. Glass platter. Has NEW belt. Tested working and sounding as it should. Unknown hours on the MC cartridge. We acquired from an older audiophile who didn’t use this table much. The arm and deck are in great condition. The heavy plastic cover has light dust scuffing and abrasions on it. Very “buffable” and could be brought back to mirror shine.
