Picked these up at an estate sale where they were hooked up to an older record player and seemed to be working fine, although at a louder volume I could hear some static. Not sure if it was the speakers or the record player so theyre being sold as-is for parts or repair. There is some damage to a few of the corners, but the grills and nameplates are fine with no cracks. See photos. The headphone resistance is 8 Ohm per earpiece. I have disconnected the volume controls because one of them went open circuit and I could find no replacement slider potentiometer.I bought these headphones for my daughter to listen to her portable CD player. Very shortly after this, she went over to ear buds, to keep up appearances with her friends. And so, she abandoned these headphones.
