I have disconnected the volume controls because one of them went open circuit and I could find no replacement slider potentiometer.I bought these headphones for my daughter to listen to her portable CD player. Very shortly after this, she went over to ear buds, to keep up appearances with her friends. And so, she abandoned these headphones.
