It looks great and sounds great. The mid-century modern enclosure is made of walnut and is oil-finished. The inside of the cabinet is filled with a large quantity of sound-absorbing material to eliminate standing waves and other adverse effects. The front is provided with the oil-finished walnut grille developed by PIONEER. The grills are exceptional. The sound is a pleasure to listen to. The 3 drivers in each cabinet were tested and performed as expected (see test your speakers like an audio engineer). There are plenty of reviews of the CS-66e and listening is always a subjective experience. The best way to appreciate this system is by reviewing the pictures (all sides photographed).
