Pioneer PL-12AC Belt Drive Turntable Record Player Japan VTG READ. When the record player is plugged in the switches to cause the needle to move and the motor to run respectively. I plugged in the system to a speaker and did receive sound and the motor was running smoothly but all of a sudden it slowed down and nearly stops. now the table just turns very slowly. I am no expert in record players so I do not have any additional knowledge or information.
