This is a reprint of an original Review from 1973.This review is audio history! The Phase 400 was one oft he first Super Amplifers in the early 1970s. Designed by Bob Carver who would go on to form the Carver Corporation in the late 1970s. This review has a full test of the product, full specs, and commentary.
