This is the improved version of the original A23 Amplifier designed by John Curl. This update has many improvements over the original model including a 28% increase in power (125 watts to 160 watts @ 8 ohms), a larger transformer and gold on gold audio connections. I bought this amp to replace a Parasound 2125 v.2 and the difference was significant. Great definition and separation with no distortion, even when pushed. Ive upgraded speakers and Im looking for an amp with a little more power, which is why Im selling. The amp was stored in a cabinet with a glass door, so the casing has no marks, and it was protected from dust. Everything on the amp works flawlessly as it should.
