Es müssen nur wenige Kabel vom alten Output-Board wiederverwendet werden, d. h. etwas Löterfahrung ist notwendig. Das Board besteht aus einer doppelseitigen 70 µm Kupferauflage und der gemessene RDSon beträgt pro Kanal 8 mOhm. Das original OMRON Relais hat im Neuzustand einen Kontakt-Übergangswiderstand von ca. 30 mOhm. Das Output-Board passt nur in den HCA1200 II. The output board fits only in the HCA1200 II. All contact problems and excessive distortion due to high and knock-sensitive transition resistors are thus permanently eliminated.
