Panasonic RS-808 Stereo 8 Track Player Recorder. I have tested this to the best of my ability, please read description carefully before purchasing: - Powers on - Tapes play, but sound is pretty bassy/not clear- this could also be the 8 track tapes I am testing with, they are also old and beat so I have no idea. - FF button works. - Pause lever works - Program button works but occasionally can be a little finicky. - Put a new belt on the counter and it is working. - missing one knob (can still be moved by hand or you can switch the other knob back and forth - Meters move but dont seem to be functioning properly. - did not try the record mode. Overall in pretty good cosmetic shape for its age. Took a quick look inside and I do not see any obvious blown/leaky caps, but I only checked quickly. Does NOT come with any 8 track tapes.
