The unit powers on, but no lights come on. As shown in the second picture the vu meters are showing a signal from the radio. The receiver section and the tape player work, but at full volume the audio is very low on both. You can only hear the audio when headphones are plugged into the unit and they are used as a speaker, again with the volume turned completely up. This unit is suitable for restoration or parts.
