I tried it with both blu-rays and DVDs both region 1 and a few from other regions and it played everything. Comes with power cable manual and remote. Unfortunately I no longer have the box due to a burst water heater (the player was not in the box at the time so no worries) Everything seems to run great. I took photographs of it playing as you can see. The only thing I noticed was that occasionally you need to push the drawer button twice for it to open if its been off for a while. Apparently this was an issue occasionally with the bdp-83s. Whats amazing is oppo still services these for a small fee so if you ever wanted the whole drawer assembly replaced all you have to do is ship it to them and they take care of it. But it always opened for me. I found it never happens if you leave the power on that even if its been off it opens on the first or secnd push. I have fully tested this player and everything worked great. It plays blu-rays and dvds without issue. The disc tray opens and closes how it should. The remote also works. Expect some minor wear and tear with small scratches here and there. Nothing too serious though.
