I buy out estates and these came from one. They don’t have cords or remotes. I borrowed a cord that fit from another electronic item I had (see pic of cord end I used). They both powered on. Otherwise untested so I am selling non working or for parts. Happy to answer questions if I can!

This auction is for an Oppo BDP-83 Special Edition Player with Power Cord. No remote included in this listing. There is an issue with the tray / door opening. See below for details. The limited run Special Edition model differs from the standard model with revised audio board using the ESS Technology Sabre32 Ultra DAC (ES9016) and the ESS Sabre Premier 8-channel DAC (ES9006). Other than the tray open/close issue this player works. If you are would like the original remote I am listing the remote separately. If you win listing for the remote and win listing for the Oppo BDP-83 Special Edition Player I will combine shipping. KNOWN ISSUE There is an issue with the disc tray / door mechanism. It sometimes gets stuck and wont open. Ive found that if I keep a disc in the tray its more likely to open. If theres no disc then it wont open. As specified on the Oppo website this is a known issue. I contacted Oppo in 2022 and they said they can fix the unit through the out of warranty process. Please contact them directly to see if this is still the case via their support website.

This listing is for Genuine OPPO Remote Control for BDP-80 BDP-83 BDP-93 BDP-95. This original came with my OPPO BDP-83 Special Edition Player. Remote works well; no issues. No corrosion in the battery compartment. Rarely used as I used a Harmony to control the Oppo. Not part of this listing but I am also selling OPPO BDP-83 Special Edition Player that does not come with the remote. The player has no other issues other than the door. if you are interested in both items, I can combine shipping if you win the listing for the player.
